ZAMU Buyer Protection

All purchases are protected. If an item is not as described, we will make it right.

Understanding Warranty

What is a manufacturer warranty?

A manufacturer warranty is provided by the brand or maker of the product. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. The warranty period and coverage are listed on the product page.

What is ZAMU Buyer Protection?

ZAMU Buyer Protection covers you if an item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from the description. You can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery.

Which products have warranty?

Electronics, appliances, and branded products typically come with manufacturer warranties. Look for the warranty badge on the product listing page.

Making a Warranty Claim

How do I make a warranty claim?

Go to My Orders, find the relevant order, and click "Report a Problem". Select "Warranty Claim" and describe the issue. Attach photos or a short video showing the defect.

What do I need for a claim?

You will need your order number, photos or video of the defect, and a description of the problem. For manufacturer claims you may also need the original packaging.

How long does it take?

ZAMU disputes are resolved within 3 – 5 business days. Manufacturer warranty claims may take longer depending on the brand.

Warranty Exclusions

What is NOT covered?

Warranty does not cover: accidental damage, water damage (unless waterproof), normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or items modified from their original state.

Does warranty transfer if I resell?

Manufacturer warranties are typically non-transferable. ZAMU Buyer Protection applies only to the original buyer on our platform.
