Same-day Delivery

Available in select Nairobi areas for orders placed before 10 AM. Look for the "Same Day" badge on products.

Standard Delivery

Calculated at checkout based on your location and vendor. Typically KSh 100 – 500.

Free Delivery

Some vendors offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount. Check the product page for details.

Express Delivery

Available at an additional fee. Select at checkout where available.

Step 1: Go to My Orders

Click "Account" in the top navigation then select "My Orders".

Step 2: Find your order

Locate the order you want to track and click "View Details".

Step 3: Check status

Your order status will show as: Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.

Step 4: Contact vendor

If you have specific delivery questions, use the "Contact Vendor" option on the order page.

My order is late

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact the vendor through your order page or reach our support team.

Wrong item delivered

Take photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours.

Item arrived damaged

Do not accept the package if visibly damaged. If damage is found after opening, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
